PATNA:दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी पार्टी का दावा करने वाली भारतीय जनता पार्टी महज़ विपक्षी एकता की आहट से हिल गयी है.23 जून को पटना में होने वाली विपक्ष की बैठक का लक्ष अभी साफ नहीं है.दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल अध्यादेश को लेकर चिन्तित हैं तो भाकपा मणिपुर हिंसा को लेकर.नीतीश कुमार की नज़र घुमा फिरा पीएम की उम्मीदवारी पर है या ताड़ से गिर कर खजूर में अटके तो यूपीए का संयोजक पद मिल जाये.लालू की चाहत है कि नीतीश मुख्यमंत्री पद छोड़ें तो पुत्र तेजस्वी यादव की ताजपोशी हो.यह भाजपा हटाओ का एजेंडा नहीं है.सबका अपना-अपना एजेंडा है.कल की बैठक सिर्फ़ औपचारिक है. विपक्ष कल तक अपनी डफली अपना राग गा रहा था,एकता की यह एक शुरुआत भर है.सीट शेयरिंग में असल चेहरा सबका दिख जायेगा.संविधान,सेक्युलरिज़्म की हिफ़ाज़त और भाजपा को सत्ता से बेदख़ल करने केलिए कौन कितना पीछे हटने को तैयार रहता है. प्रधानमंत्री पद पर बहुत ज़्यादा माथापच्ची नहीं है.हालिया दिनों में कांग्रेस की क्रेडबिलटी जिस तरह बढ़ी है,राहुल गांधी को इग्नोर करना आसान नहीं होगा.
लेकिन,इस औपचारिक बैठक से भारतीय जनता पार्टी जिस तरह बौखलायी हुई है वह बेशक हैरान करने वाली है.बैठक विपक्ष की और हार्डिंगस,पोस्टर में ताक़त भाजपा झोंक रही है.विपक्ष को इससे माइलेज ही मिल रहा है.क्या भाजपा को अब अपने उपर भरोसा नहीं रह गया है?अमित शाह का दावा था पचास साल हुकूमत करने का.मात्र 9 साल में ही फिसलन कैसे शुरू हो गयी?देश हिन्दू-मुस्लिम एजेंडा से नहीं चलता.विकास के एजेंडे पर देश आगे बढ़ता है.2014 में जिन वादों के साथ नरेन्द्र मोदी की सरकार सत्तासीन हुई,वह वादे कहीं पीछे छूट गये हैं,जनता समझ रही है.नौ साल तक विपक्ष में भी भारी बिखराव था.ईडी,सीबीआई के डर ने उसे एक होने पर मजबूर किया.विपक्ष मजबूत हुआ.कांग्रेस एसी से बाहर निकली.पद यात्रा किया,राहुल ने धूल फ़ांके,जनता में विश्वास बढ़ा.यह विश्वास ही भाजपा की बौखलाहट की असल वजह है.हिन्दू-मुस्लिम,हिजाब,बजरंग बली आदि धार्मिक मुद्दे अब पिट रहे हैं.भाजपा की चूल हिलती जा रही है.इस दरमियान धार्मिक एजेंडों से डरा-सहमा विपक्ष जनहित के मुद्दों पर आ गयी.ऐसे में भाजपा का बौखलाना लाज़िमी है.मुद्दों पर यदि लोकसभा चुनाव लड़ा गया तो भाजपा की डगर मुश्किल हो जायेगी.
लेकिन,विपक्ष का असल दिक़्क़त कहां है?अभी सब कुछ ठीक-ठाक नहीं है.बंगाल में तृणमूल और वामपंथ को एक गठबंधन में लाना आसान नहीं है.दिल्ली और पंजाब में आप पार्टी को साधना भी कठिन कार्य है.बिहार में जदयू और राजद की महत्वाकांक्षा कम नहीं है.राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कांग्रेस की बढ़ती लोकप्रिता को देखते हुए क्षेत्रीय पार्टियों को अपनी थैली में रहना होगा.औक़ात से ज़्यादा उछल-कूद करने पर उनका ही नुक़सान होने वाला है.अब स्तिथि पलट चुकी है.कांग्रेस के सहारे ही क्षेत्रीय दल लोकसभा पहुंच सकते हैं.इसलिए कांग्रेस को सम्मान देना होगा.वन बाइ वन लड़ाई हुई तो निश्चित रूप से नरेन्द्र मोदी की सत्ता में वापसी की राहें मुश्किल हो जायेंगी.यह भाजपा बख़ूबी समझ रही है.इस वजह कर बौखलाहट अधिक है.विपक्षी बैठक को लेकर पोस्टर वॉर की और कौन सी वजह हो सकती है? भाजपा के एक पोस्टर में लालू प्रसाद के ऊपर उंगली दिखाते हुए सीएम नीतीश कुमार कहते दिख रहे हैं कि ‘मिट्टी में मिल जाएंगे, लेकिन साथ नहीं जाएंगे.’तब और अब’के नाम से दूसरे पोस्टर में लालू प्रसाद सीएम नीतीश से कहते हैं कि ‘आजा मेरी गोदी में बैठ जा’ज़ाहिर सी बात है भाजपा ने इस बैठक को गम्भीरता से ले लिया है.उपेन्द्र कुशवाहा,जीतन राम मांझी,आरसीपी सिंह ,चिराग़ पासवान,मुकेश सहनी भाजपा की गोद में बैठे तो बहुत अच्छा?बिहार चूंकि परिवर्तन की धरती रही है.जंग ए आज़ादी हो या जेपी आंदोलन,बदलाव का गवाह बिहार रहा है.कल ईमानदार पहल हुई तो बिहार फिर भारतीय राजनीति में बदलाव का सिरमौर बनेगा.बिहार भाजपा के लोग इस बात से ही सहमे हुए हैं.विपक्ष पर शिद्दत से उनका अटैक यही बता रहा है.
