PATNA:बिहार समेत पूरे देश से इस बार 1 लाख 75 हजार के करीब हिन्दुस्तानी मुसलमान हज यात्रा पर हैं. अकेले बिहार से 5600 से ज्यादा लोग चरणबद्ध तरीके से हज के लिए जा रहे हैं.हज यात्रा से आग़ाज़ से पूर्व पटना हज भवन में आयोजित दुआयिया जलसा से सम्बोधित करते हुए बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार,अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण मंत्री ज़मा खान,बिहार हज कमिटी के चेयरमैन अब्दुल हक़ ने हज यात्रियों को किसी तरह की असुविधा नहीं होने का दावा किया था.मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने बेहतर सुविधा प्रदान करने का हज कमिटी से कहा था.इसके उलट हज यात्रियों के समक्ष दुशवारियों ही दुशवारियों की सूचना प्राप्त हो रही हैं.साउदी पहुंच कर भारत ख़ास कर बिहार के हाजी बिलबिला रहे हैं.न सही ठहरने की व्यवस्था है न खाने का बेहतर इंतज़ाम.इस बार हज शुल्क भी पहले के मुक़ाबले अधिक वसूला गया है.किशनगंज के कांग्रेस सांसद डॉ.मोहम्मद जावेद ने अल्पसंख्यक कार्य मंत्रालय को पत्र लिख कर इस बात पर नाराज़गी ज़ाहिर की है.
भारतीय हज यात्रियों की व्यवस्था बदतर है:डॉ जावेद
डॉ.जावेद ने केन्द्रीय अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी को प्रेषित चिट्ठी में लिखा है कि सऊदी अरब में भारतीय हज यात्रियों की व्यवस्था और प्रबंधन का स्तर काफी बदतर और कष्टप्रद रहा है, भारतीय हाजियों से मिली मौखिक जानकारी के मुताबिक कुप्रबंधन और सुविधाओं के नाम पर प्रताड़ित करने वाली व्यवस्था के कारण भारतीय हज यात्रियों को काफी कठिनाई और विषम परिस्थितियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है.केंद्रीय अल्पसंख्यक मंत्रालय द्वारा हज को भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त,पारदर्शी और सस्ता बनाने, सुविधाओं पर केंद्रित करने के लिए अल्पसंख्यक मामलों का मंत्रालय ही नोडल एजेंसी है.ऐसी स्थिति में कुछ गम्भीर वर्णित मुद्दों के समाधान पर केंद्रीय अल्पसंख्यक मंत्रालय से भारतीय हज यात्री काफी आशाविंत हैं.सऊदी अरब में भारतीय हज यात्रियों की ठहराव के लिए बेहतर और जरूरी सुविधाओं से लैस होटलों में शिफ्ट कराना अतिआवश्यक है, बिहार के हाजियों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक वर्तमान में भारतीय हाजियों को उपलब्ध किए गए होटलों की स्थिति बदतर है और यहां कुप्रबंधन का स्तर काफी विचलित और परेशान करने वाली है.जिन जगहों / लोकेशन्स पर भारतीय हज यात्रियों का ठहराव किया गया है, वहां से हज के लिए आवश्यक तीर्थ स्थलों की दूरी अन्य देशों के हाजियों की हॉटल लोकेशन्स की तुलना में काफी अधिक है और इन जगहों से तीर्थ स्थलों के लिए यातायात की सुविधा और बस एवं टैक्सी की उपलब्धता काफी कम है जिसके कारण बस / टैक्सी की प्रतिक्षा में काफी समय बर्बाद होती और स्थिति दयनीय है.अतः आप माननीय महोदया से विनम्र निवेदन है कि भारतीय हाजियों की उपरोक्त वर्णित समस्याओं के हल के लिए आप अपनी स्तर से तत्काल हस्तक्षेप करते हुए सऊदी अरब सरकार से समाधान हेतु आवश्यक पहल की कृपा करना चाहेंगे.
नवादा के एहतेशाम उर्फ बंटी ने भी की शिकायत
नवादा जिले की नरहट पंचायत के मुखिया भाई एहतेशाम उर्फ बंटी ने समय मंथन को बताया कि उनके माता-पिता परसो हज यात्रा पर गया एयरपोर्ट से रवाना हुए हैं.आज उनसे बात हुई तो मालूम पड़ा कोई सुविधा ही नहीं है.होटल की व्यवस्था अच्छी नहीं है और बिहार के हाजी कई तरह की परेशानी झेल रहे.जबकि इस बार सुविधा के नाम पर हज यात्रियों से अधिक राशि वसूली गयी.वहां की समस्या सुन हम परेशान हो गये हैं.बिहार हज कमिटी की ओर से एक आदमी भी मार्गदर्शन के लिए मौजूद नहीं है.हज यात्रियों को राहे लिल्लाह में छोड़ दिया गया है.जिससे बूढ़े.बूढ़ी हज यात्री काफी परेशान हैं.इस दुश्वारी का इल्म होता तो इस बार वलदायन को हज पर नहीं भेजते.अब वापस भी नहीं बुला सकते.दिमाग़ काम नहीं कर रहा है,क्या करें.कोई सुनने वाला नहीं.
हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया का जल्द हो गठन:अरशद अब्बास
हज यात्रा की देख रेख का ज़िम्मा हज कमेटियों पर है और बीते तीन वर्षों से हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया का गठन नहीं हुआ है.कई संगठनों ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी से इस मामले में हस्तक्षेप करने की मांग करते हुए कहा कि जल्द से जल्द हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया का गठन होना चाहिए.बिहार कांग्रेस के प्रखर मुस्लिम नेता अरशद अब्बास का कहना है कि हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया न होने से कोई भी टीम जहाजों के सेलेक्शन और बिल्डिंग देखने के लिए सऊदी नहीं गई.जहाजों के चयन में देर होने से उसका खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ा रहा. उन्होंने कहा कि हज के दरमियान जायरीनों को 2100 रियाल मक्का-मदीना में खर्च करने के लिए दिया जाता रहा है, जिसे इस साल बंद कर दिया गया.जो परेशानी का सबब बन रहा है.वह कहते हैं कि मुसलमान अपनी जिंदगी भर की कमाई को इकट्ठा करके हज को जाता है.तीन साल से हज कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया का गठन नहीं हो पाना आश्चर्यजनक बात है.अरशद अब्बास ने कहा कि हज यात्रियों की दुश्वारी को सांसद डॉ.मोहम्मद जावेद ने संजीदगी से लिया है और दुश्वारी ख़त्म करने केलिए वह पहल कर रहे हैं.
