नीतीश कुमार को संदेह पहले से था.मुख्यमंत्री ने पूर्णिया की रैली में कहा था कि आजकल जीतन राम मांझी पर बीजेपी की नजर है.भंडाफोड़ होने के बाद बिहार के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और हिन्दुस्तानी अवाम मोर्चा (हम) के प्रमुख जीतनराम मांझी ने कहा था कि मैं अपनी मां की कसम खाकर कहता हूं कि नीतीश कुमार का साथ कभी नही छोडूंगा.उनके बेटे ने उस वक़्त नीतीश मंत्रिमंडल से निकलने का निर्णय किया है जब पटना में भाजपा के विरुद्ध शंखनाद बजने वाली है.23 जून को विपक्ष के सभी दिग्गज नेता नीतीश के न्योता पर बैठक में आने वाले हैं.अभी से ही न्यूज़ बन रही है.23 जून तक ख़बर चलती रहती.यह बीजेपी को बर्दाश्त नहीं हुआ.
संतोष ने अपनी मर्ज़ी से इस्तीफ़ा नहीं दिया.जब एनडीए में गोटी सेट हो गयी तो बीजेपी ने इस्तीफ़ा करवा दिया.फिलहाल,इस इस्तीफ़ा से महागठबंधन को ज़ोर का झटका लगा है.ख़बर की दिशा बदल गयी है. अब बीजेपी और महागठबंधन के सहयोगी दल हम खबरों में आ गयी है.महागठबंधन को बैठक को लेकर जो माईलेज मिल रहा था,जिस तरह की तैयारी चल रही थी,हम से मिले चोट पर मरहम लगाने में ही तीन-चार दिन बीत जायेगा.विपक्षी बैठक इस राजनीतिक घटना से प्रभावित हुई है.भाजपा को नीतीश और महागठबंधन पर आक्रामक होने का मौक़ा मिल गया है. पूर्व मंत्री शाहनवाज हुसैन के इस बयान को समझिये,वह कहते हैं कि नीतीश कुमार विपक्षी दलों को इकट्ठा करने के लिए 23 जून को बैठक कर रहे हैं.यहां खुद जो उनके साथ हैं उनका साथ छोड़ रहे हैं.अथार्त,स्क्रिप्ट भाजपा द्वारा लिखी हुई है.
जीतन राम मांझी अब चुनाव नहीं लड़ेंगे.उनकी चुनावी सियासत से सन्यास लेने की चर्चा पहले से चल रही है.इसी लिए उन्होंने आहिस्ता-आहिस्ता पूरी पार्टी अपने बेटे संतोष मांझी के हवाले कर दी है.पार्टी के अंदर प्रमुख निर्णय संतोष ही ले रहे हैं.जीतन राम मांझी का चल नहीं रहा है.अन्यथा,संतोष अपनी दादी का ख़्याल ज़रूर रखते,जिसके नाम पर मांझी जी ने क़सम खायी थी.मांझी सेमी सेक्युलर हैं.उनके बरक़्स संतोष भाजपा और संघ के विचारों के अधिक क़रीब बताये जाते हैं.संतोष को गया लोकसभा सीट से चुनाव लड़ना है.उनका एमएलसी का कार्यकाल अगले साल ख़त्म होने वाला है.गठबंधन राजनीति का प्रेशर बना कर जीतन राम मांझी ने बेटे को एमएलसी बनवा दिया था.उनका पुनः एमएलसी बनना संदेह के दायरे में था.इस्तीफ़ा का दांव बहुत घाटे का सौदा नहीं है.नीतीश को झटका की शर्त पर एनडीए गठबंधन में दो-तीन लोकसभा सीट हम पार्टी को मिलने में दुश्वारी नहीं होगी.एक पर संतोष चुनाव लड़ेंगे और दो की बल्ले-बल्ले.मांझी जी को लाट साहब की पदवी मिल सकती है.हम की कुल रणनीति यही है.इसी लिए महागठबंधन के सामने पांच सीट का रद्दा रख दिया.यानी न नौ मन तेल होगा न राधा नाचेगी.
मांझी ने कांग्रेस से अपनी राजनीति शुरू की.राजद और जदयू में भी रहे.दलित-मुस्लिम एकता के पक्षधर रहे हैं.2015 विधानसभा चुनाव में क़रीब-क़रीब असद उद्दीन ओवैसी की पार्टी से गठबंधन तय हो गया था.मांझी ओवैसी से बात कर रहे थे,ठीक उसी वक़्त उनके बेटे संतोष दिल्ली में अमित शाह के साथ मुलाक़ात कर रहे थे.हम का गठबंधन भाजपा के साथ हो गये.मांझी अब बिलकुल बेबस हैं.पता नहीं इस्तीफ़ा से पहले संतोष ने अपने पिता को सूचित क्या भी या नहीं.सम्मान की शर्त पर महागठबंधन छोड़ने वाले हम को एनडीए में कितना सम्मान मिलता है,क्या-क्या मिलता है देखना शेष है.
