GAYA:पारस गुट के लोजपा नेता और पूर्व प्रत्याशी अनवर अली खान की हत्या के आज पांच दिन हो गये.छोटी-छोटी मछलियों को पकड़ गया पुलिस इस बड़े हत्याकांड की इतिश्री करने में पूरी ताक़त से जुटी हुई है.ज़ाहिर सी बात है बड़ी मछली को ख़ूनआलूदा तालाब से निकलने केलिए’सेफ पैसेज’दिया जा रहा है.अनवर खान की हत्या किसने की इससे ज़्यादा गम्भीर मामला यह है कि लोजपा नेता की हत्या किसने कराई?पूरे जिले में उक्त नाम की चर्चा है लेकिन पुलिस उस पर हाथ डालने से कतरा रही है.अब इसकी वजह क्या हो सकती है यह तो पुलिस ही बता सकती है?
दो छोटी मछली गिरफ़्तार
सोशल मीडिया पर कल से (30 सितम्बर)अनवर हत्याकांड का उदभेदन से सम्बंधित एक जानकारी शेयर की जा रही है.जिसमें बताया गया है कि इस घटना की प्लानिंग फोटो खान द्वारा कई माह पूर्व से किया जा रहा था.घटना के 5-6 दिन पहले मंडा पहाड़ी पर सभी अपराधी मछली एवं शराब पार्टी किये.अपराधियों द्वारा विगत 6-7 दिन से मृतक का आने-जाने से संबंधित रेकी की जा रही थी.कांड के उदभेदन के क्रम में घटनास्थल से बरामद मोटरसाइकिल के मालिक गौरव कुमार से पूछताछ की गयी तो इनके द्वारा इस घटना में संलिप्त अन्य अपराधियों के बारे में बताया गया है.जिनकी पहचान स्थापित कर ली गयी है.सिंहूली गांव के ही लाइनर द्वारा खान से सम्पर्क कर सनी हेअर कटिंग सैलून के पास इनलोगों के द्वारा इस घटना को अंजाम दिया गया.छूटे हुए मोटरसाइकिल के सत्यापन के बाद धरपकड़ के क्रम में एक अभियुक्त के घर से डिकी बरामद हुई.

- आमस थाना कांड संख्या 85/21 दिनांक 09.04.21 धारा 413/414/34 आईपीसी के तहत
- आम्स पुलिस स्टेशन केस नंबर 217/23 दिनांक 20.06.23 यू/एस 379/411 आईपीसी और 4 (14) एमएम (डी एंड आर) अधिनियम 1957 56 (iii) बीएम (सीपीआईएमटीएस) नियम।
पुलिस की थ्योरी में दम नहीं?
पुलिस ने गिरफ़्तार अपराधियों के आपराधिक रिकार्ड को मज़बूती से रखने का काम किया है.ताकि मामला इसी उदभेदन पर ख़त्म हो जाये अथार्त इसी को आख़री सत्य मान लिया जाये.रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि मंडा पहाड़ी पर सभी अपराधी मछली एवं शराब पार्टी किये.बिहार में शराबबंदी के बावजूद अपराधी शराब पार्टी कर रहे हैं यह गया ज़िला पुलिस-प्रशासन की कार्यशैली पर प्रश्नचिन्ह लगाता है. पुलिस यह भी नहीं बता पा रही कि गौरव कुमार और दारा खान ने अनवर अली खान की हत्या क्यों की?गौरव और दारा को फोटो खान ने यदि हायर किया तो फोटो खान को भी किसी ने हायर किया?ऐसा क्या हुआ कि बात हत्या पर पहुंच गयी?अनवर खान की हत्या में जिस व्यक्ति का नाम आ रहा है वह बदनाम गलियों का बादशाह रहा है.आज भी गुरुआ से लेकर शेरघाटी तक उसका दबदबा है.अनवर खान के बेटे ने उस शख़्स को नामज़द मुलज़िम भी बनाया है.पुलिस से उसके सांठगांठ की बात भी ख़ूब चर्चे में रहता है.जिले के एक थानेदार भी संदेह के घेरे में है.कुल मिला कर पुलिस बड़ी मछली पर हाथ डालने से कतरा रही है और मछली तालाब से निकल कर सेफ पैसेज की ओर बढ़ता जा रहा है.

मालूम हो कि हत्यारों की अविलम्ब गिरफ़्तारी को लेकर अनवर खान के शव के साथ समर्थकों ने सड़क जाम कर दिया था.पुलिस-प्रशासन के आश्वासन के बाद जाम ख़त्म हुआ था.छोटी मछलियों को पेश कर पुलिस दावा कर सकती है कि हमने सप्ताह भर के अंदर अपराधियों को पकड़ लिया.छोटी मछलियों का शिकार कभी-कभी बहुत काम का होता है.गौरतलब है कि अनवर खान की हत्या बुधवार(27 सितम्बर)की सुबह उस वक़्त हत्या कर दी गयी थी जब वह अपने घर से सैलून में दाढ़ी बनाने निकले थे.उन पर छह गोलियां चली थीं.अनवर खान लोजपा(पारस गुट)के नेता थे.दो बार गुरुआ से चुनाव लड़ चुके थे.इलाक़े में उनका दबदबा था.कहते हैं कि यह हत्या अनवर को हटा कर इलाक़े में अपना वर्चस्व स्थापित करने के मक़सद से किया गया है.कुछ लोग इस हत्या के पीछे ज़मीनी विवाद भी बताते हैं.गया में ज़मीनी विवाद परवान चढ़ रहा है.माना जा रहा है कि ज़मीन के विवाद में कुछ और लाशें गिर सकती हैं?
