PATNA:जहां पूरा विपक्ष ने केन्द्रीय बजट को निराशा प्रकट की है वहीं जनता दल राष्ट्रवादी ने वित्त मंत्री सीतारामन द्वारा प्रस्तुत बजट को अच्छा बता कर चौंका दिया है.आख़िर जेडीआर ने बजट की तारीफ़ क्यों की?बजट में ऐसा क्या दिखा कि जनता दल राष्ट्रवादी ने प्रशंसा के पुल बांधे?
पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अशफाक़ रहमान ने कहा है कि मोदी जी के लिए,उनकी पार्टी भाजपा के लिए यह सबसे अच्छा बजट है.ज़ाहिर सी बात है मोदी जी और भारतीय जनता पार्टी आम आदमी के लिए नहीं,अपने मित्रों के लिए सोचती है.उनके लिए यह बजट बहुत अच्छा और सर्वोत्तम है.काश! पूर्व के वित्त मंत्रियों और कांग्रेस ऐसा सोचती और काम करती.इसको कहा जाता है पार्टी को चलाना.यह सिर्फ़ अपनी पार्टी को चलाने का बजट है.
अशफाक़ रहमान कहते हैं कि निर्मला जी के बजट में मुद्रास्फीति पर कोई ध्यान ही नहीं दिया गया है.बजट तैयार करने में सम्भवतः अर्थशास्त्री की मद्द या राय नहीं ली गयी है.जहां तक मेरा अनुमान है ग़रीब और ग़रीब होता चला जाएगा.2023-24 में लोगों की बड़े पैमाने पर नौकरियां भी जायेंगी.अर्थशास्त्री की मदद ली गयी होती तो इस भयावह स्तिथि से पार लगाया जा सकता था.
पूरे बजट का अवलोकन करने पर यही मालूम पड़ता है कि यह बजट अर्थशास्त्र के आधार पर नहीं,धर्मशास्त्र के बनावटी आधार पर बना है.कहीं न कहीं देश में संचार माध्यमों के मार्फ़त से धर्म आधारित बात की जाती है.वैसे ही नामों को लगा कर बजट में वर्ग-विशेष को आकर्षित किया गया है.जबकि,अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण विभाग के बजट में 38% की कटौती कर दी गयी है.
