PATNA: अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी के सदस्य व सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अधिवक्ता इन्तेखाब आलम ने बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को पत्र लिखकर राज्य के नियोजित शिक्षकों के बकाया अंतर वेतन भुगतान नहीं किए जाने पर नाराज़गी जताई है और सचिवालय स्तर से लापरवाही बरतने वाले कर्मियों पर कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
श्री आलम ने दिए गए ज्ञापन में नीतीश कुमार को संबोधित करते हुए कहा है कि वर्षों से लंबित बकाया अंतर वेतन भुगतान का इंतजार कर रहे नवप्रशिक्षित शिक्षकों के बकाया अंतर वेतन भुगतान हेतु कैबिनेट से राशि स्वीकृत हुए महीनों गुजर जाने के बाद भी जिलावार आवंटन जारी नहीं किया गया है।
जबकि शिक्षा विभाग बिहार के पत्रांक 61 दिनांक 13/09/2022 के संचिका में जुलाई व अगस्त माह के आवंटन साथ तथा सभी प्रकार के बकाया भुगतान हेतु राशि स्वीकृत की गई है। लेकिन अभी तक जिलावार जुलाई, अगस्त का आवंटन तो प्राप्त हुआ है परन्तु
बकाया अंतर वेतन का आवंटन अब तक जिलावार जारी नहीं किया गया है।कैबिनेट से स्वीकृत बकाया अंतर वेतन की राशि का गोलमाल कर महागठबंधन सरकार की सुशासन वाली छवि को धूमिल करने का प्रयास सचिवालय के कुछ गैर जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों द्वारा किया जा रहा है जो जांच का विषय है।
अंत में श्री आलम ने कैबिनेट से स्वीकृत बकाया अंतर वेतन की राशि का जिलावार आवंटन जारी हो इस दिशा में मुख्यमंत्री से पहल करने की अपील की है ताकि वर्षों से लंबित बकाया अंतर वेतन भुगतान का इंतज़ार कर रहे नवप्रशिक्षित शिक्षकों का बकाया अंतर वेतन भुगतान हो सकें।
