अधिवेशन में शिक्षा का अधिकार कानून, सीबीएसई द्वारा स्कूलों की मान्यता को लेकर निर्धारित कठिन शर्त,यू डाइस कोड के माध्यम से विधालयों को हो रही नाहक परेशानियों को लेकर विशेष रूप से चर्चा की गई।ग्रूप डिस्कशन के उपरान्त आये विचारों और सुझावों पर प्रकाश डालते हुए पासवा अध्यक्ष सैयद शमायल अहमद ने कहा शिक्षा विभाग से जुड़े अधिकारियों का व्यवहार असहनीय होता जा है।राज्य हो या केन्द्र की सरकार प्राइवेट स्कूल को भी सरकारी स्कूल की तरह बनाने पर आमादा है। है,आरटीई के तहत 25 प्रतिशत बच्चों को नि:शुल्क शिक्षा देने के बावजूद स्कूलों को कई वर्षों से पैसा नहीं मिलता है। सरकार और उनके अधिकारी निजी विद्यालय के प्रिंसिपल, डायरेक्टर एवं शिक्षकों को जिस प्रकार अपमानित करते हैं वह अब असहनीय होता आज रहा है,हम हड़ताल और आन्दोलन करने वाले लोग नहीं हैं। भारतीय संस्कृति और हमारे समाज ने माता पिता से बढ़कर गुरु को स्थान दिया है लेकिन जिस प्रकार पूरे देश में शिक्षकों को अपमान सहना पड़ रहा है,संचालकों को फाइल लेकर दौड़ाया जा रहा है यह ठीक नहीं है।एक बार इस देश के निजी विद्यालयों ने कठोर फैसले ले लिया तो पूरी शिक्षा व्यवस्था ढ़ह जाएगी।अधिवेशन के पहले दिन के सत्र का उद्धघाटन झारखण्ड सरकार के वित्त मंत्री डॉ रामेश्वर उरांव ने किया।अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने कहा कि देशभर के शिक्षाविदों को मेरी हार्दिक अभिनन्दन और शुभकामनाएं हैं।एक बड़े उद्देश्य के लिए आयोजित 10 वां राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन देश की शिक्षा प्रणाली एवं व्यवस्था को नई दिशा देगा एवं ऊर्जा का संचार करेगा।निजी विद्यालयों के बच्चों के लिए आज अनेकों अवसर हासिल हो रहे हैं जिसका श्रेय हमारे गुरु जनों को जाता है।पासवा के लिए हमेशा मैं खड़ा रहूंगा।
