GAYA:मगध यूनिवर्सिटी के कुलपति प्रो.शशि प्रताप शाही ने कहा कि मिर्ज़ा ग़ालिब कॉलेज का जो नाम है उससे बड़ा काम है. उन्होंने माना कि कोई संस्था सिर्फ शिकवा- शिकायत और गुटबाजी से नाम पैदा नहीं कर सकती.अपनी क्षमता के कारण ही आज इस कॉलेज का नाम सिर्फ बिहार राज्य नहीं पूरे भारतवर्ष में है. सबसे बड़ी बात की यह कॉलेज एक सिस्टम से चल कर आगे बढ़ रहा है. उन्होंने मगध विश्वविद्यालय का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि मगध विश्वविद्यालय को अब पीछे मुड़कर देखने की जरूरत नहीं है. जो उसका बुरा वक्त था अब वह टल चुका है. आज छात्र आ रहे हैं. प्रोफेसर डिपार्टमेंट में मौजूद हैं . तमाम तरह की एक्टिविटी चल रही है. पढ़ाई -लिखाई का पूरा माहौल है.

मिर्जा गालिब कॉलेज के सेमिनार हॉल में कुलपति प्रो. शशि प्रताप शाही का शानदार स्वागत किया गया. कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता कॉलेज के सचिव शबी आरफीन शमसी ने की तथा कुशल और कामयाब संचालन कॉलेज के राजनीति विज्ञान के सहायक प्रोफेसर डॉ. मधुबाला के द्वारा किया गया.इस अवसर पर मगध विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति के अतिरिक्त कुलसचिव प्रो.दीपक कुमार, प्रोसेसर इंचार्ज डॉ. शुजाअत अली खान और जीबी के अन्य सदस्यों के साथ कॉलेज के कर्मचारी तथा छात्र -छात्राएं भी मौजूद रहीं.इस अवसर पर मगध विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति और कुलसचिव को बुके, कोलाज,प्लांट आदि देकर कॉलेज परिवार के द्वारा सम्मानित भी किया गया.
मिर्जा गालिब कॉलेज को मिलेगा वोकेशनल कोर्सेज
उन्होंने अपने स्पीच में कहा कि मगध विश्वविद्यालय को नैक ग्रेड ए में लाने की कोशिश चल रही है. मिर्जा गालिब कॉलेज को जितने भी वोकेशनल कोर्सेज की जरूरत होगी, उसे बिना वक़्त गंवाए दिया जायगा. श्री शाही ने कहा कि विकास कभी एक दिन में नहीं होता. इसके लिए पूरी सिस्टम काम करती है. हमें इस बात पर हमेशा ग़ौर करना चाहिए कि हमने अपनी संस्था को क्या दिया. हमारा काम सिर्फ पढ़ने और पढ़ाने तक ही सीमित नहीं होना चाहिए. उन्होंने मिर्जा गालिब के नवनियुक्त शिक्षकों का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि.यहां सभी लोग मेहनती हैं और कॉलेज के तकदीर को बदलने वाले हैं. मेरी कलम से कभी किसी के लिए नाइंसाफी नहीं हो सकती. उन्होंने कॉलेज को कहा कि वह अभी से नैक ग्रेड ए में लाने की तैयारी शुरू कर दें.

इस कार्यक्रम में अपनी बात रखते हुए कॉलेज के प्रभारी प्राचार्य डॉ.शुजाअत अली खान ने जहां कॉलेज के विकास क्रम को विस्तार से रखा वहीं रजिस्ट्रार प्रो.दीपक कुमार ने कुलपति श्री शाही को अंधकार से प्रकाश में ले जाने वाला दीपक बताया, और उनके निरंतर कार्यों की प्रशंसा की. कार्यक्रम में धन्यवाद ज्ञापन हिंदी विभाग की डॉ. नुसरत जबीं सिद्दीकी ने किया.
इस पूरे कार्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक संचालन करने में कॉलेज के अधिकारियों के अलावा डॉ. लाडले खान, डॉ सुमैया शैख़,आयशा ज़मीर, डॉ. सलमा ज़फ़र, काशिफ मंसूर,डॉ. सारिम अब्बास, इरफाना नाहिद,डॉ. आफ़ताब आलम,आदि की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही.कार्यक्रम का प्रारंभ कॉलेज की छात्राएं इशिता, श्रेया, कहकशां, प्रज्ञा, समरीन, आदि के स्वागत गान से हुआ.इस अवसर पर पढ़ी गई अंजुम मानपुरी की शायरी और डॉ. जियाउर रहमान जाफ़री रचित अभिनन्दन पत्र को भी काफ़ी सराहा गया.
