ARRAH:भोजपुर के पुलिस अधीक्षक संजय कुमार सिंह ने अपने कार्यालय कक्ष में प्रेस कॉन्फ़्रेन्स कर बताया कि भोजपुर जिला के बालू घाटों और सोन में नावों के परिचालन पर कब्जे एवं वर्चस्व को लेकर बड़े पैमाने पर गोलीबारी की तैयारी की थी.बरसात के मौसम ने खनन पर रोक के बीच बालू माफियाओं की ओर से इस तरह की वारदात को अंजाम दिया जाने वाला था.इसके लिए ही उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड से गोलियों की खेप मंगाई गई थी.गोलियों की खेप के साथ तीन तस्करों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद इसका खुलासा हुआ है .
एसपी ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार तस्करों में कोईलवर थाना क्षेत्र के नारायणपुर गांव निवासी स्वर्गीय सत्येंद्र राय का पुत्र सोनू कुमार, निर्मल कुमार का पुत्र आशुतोष जिंदल और चांदी थाना क्षेत्र के रामपुर गांव निवासी शशि भूषण सिंह का पुत्र नीरज कुमार शामिल है .तीनों की निशानदेही पर मंडलकारा में बंद बड़हरा थाने के कुय्या गांव निवासी अजय सिंह उर्फ रंगदार के घर से भी 12 बोर की 8 गोलियां बरामद की गई है .
एसपी ने बताया कि भोजपुर के बालू माफियाओं का उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड से भी कनेक्शन है गोलियों के साथ तीनों तस्करों की गिरफ्तारी से इसका खुलासा हुआ है . बालू माफियाओं की ओर से दूसरे राज्यों से हथियार बारूद के खेप मंगाये जाने की सूचना मिल रही थी.इसे लेकर उन राज्यों में टीम भेजकर सूचना का सत्यापन कराया गया .इस क्रम में उत्तर प्रदेश के बलिया से कुछ सुराग मिला है .एसपी ने बताया कि टीम में शामिल सभी को अपने स्तर से पुरस्कृत करेंगे.
एसपी ने बताया कि उत्तर प्रदेश से कार एवं नाव के जरिए गोलियों की बड़ी खेप आने की सूचना मिली थी .उस आधार पर एसटीएफ और भोजपुर पुलिस की टीम ने बड़हरा थाना क्षेत्र के बबुरा पेट्रोल पंप के समीप घेराबंदी कर ऑल्टो कार पकड़ी. तलाशी के क्रम में 315 बोर की दो हजार राउंड गोली बरामद की गई .4 मोबाइल भी जप्त किया गया .इसके बाद कार पर सवार तीन लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया.
