PATNA:अंसारी पंचायत ने बिहार सरकार द्वारा गठित अतिपिछड़ा आयोग में पसमांदा मुसलमानों को नुमाइंदगी नहीं दिये जाने पर आक्रोश व्यक्त किया है.वसीम नैयर अंसारी ने कहा कि अतिपिछड़ा मुस्लिम की बिहार में आबादी लगभग 14 प्रतिशत है.इतनी बड़ी आबादी होने के बावजूद अतिपिछड़ा आयोग के गठन में एक भी मुसलमान को शामिल न करना चिंतजानक है.
पटना के IMA हॉल में आरक्षण बचाओ सम्मलेन का आयोजन अंसारी महापंचायत ने किया जिसकी अध्यक्षता वीर कुंवर सिंह यूनिवर्सिटी के सीनेट सदस्य प्रोफेसर अलाउद्दीन अज़ीज़ एवं मंच का संचालन नफीस अंसारी ने किया.इस मौके पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में अंसारी महापंचायत व पसमांदा लीडर्स एवं बुद्धिजीवी मंच के संयोजक वसीम नैयर अंसारी एवं विशिष्ठ अतिथि के रूप में गया स्नातक क्षेत्र के उम्मीदवार धीरेन्द्र कुमार उर्फ़ धीरू शर्मा, अतिपिछड़ा के नेता सह पूर्व गुरुआ विधानसभा प्रत्याशी सुधीर कुमार वर्मा एवं अंसारी महापंचायत के उत्तर बिहार के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष नौशाद अंसारी शामिल हुए.
वसीम नैयर अंसारी ने कहा भाजपा और जदयू की लड़ाई में अतिपिछड़ा समाज पीस रहा है.आरक्षण अतिपिछड़ा समाज का अधिकार है उसे कोई छीन नहीं सकता है.हम मुख्यमंत्री नितीश कुमार जी का आभार प्रकट करते हैं की उन्होंने अतिपिछड़ा के आरक्षण को बचाने हेतु अतिपिछड़ा आयोग का गठन किया है.पुरे बिहार में 127 जातियों को अतिपिछड़ा की श्रेणी में रखा गया है.जिसमें से लगभग 29 जातियाँ पसमांदा मुस्लिम समुदाय से ताल्लुक रखती हैं .जिसकी आबादी लगभग 14 प्रतिशत है, इतनी बड़ी आबादी होने के बावजूद अतिपिछड़ा आयोग के गठन में एक भी मुसलमान को शामिल न करना चिंतजानक है.
अंसारी महापंचायत मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार जी से मांग करता है कि अतिपिछड़ा आयोग में पसमांदा मुसलमानों को भी जगह दिया जाये ताकि कोई समाज अपने आपको ठगा न महसूस करे.
तालीमी मरकज के सवालों पर वसीम नैयर अंसारी ने कहा बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार जी पसमांदा मुसलमानों के शिक्षा को लेकर काफी फिक्रमंद रहे हैं, तालीमी मरकज की बहाली कर पसमांदा मुसलमानों के गाँव-गाँव में शिक्षा का अलख जगाने का काम किया है.इस महंगाई के दौर में तालीमी मरकज में बहाल शिक्षा सेवकों का 8000-9000 रूपये में अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण, पढ़ाई लिखाई, दूध दवाई करना मुश्किल हो गया है.जो पौधा नीतीश कुमार जी ने लगाया था वह अब मुरझाने लगा है.उसमें खाद पानी देने की ज़रुरत है,अंसारी महापंचायत मांग करता है कि तालीमी मरकज को प्राथमिक विद्यालय का दर्ज़ा दिया जाए और इसमें बहाल लोगों को प्राथमिक शिक्षक का वेतन दिया जाए.2009 में जो बहाली तालीमी मरकज का किया गया, 2011 में नवादा जिला में बिना किसी कारण बताओ नोटिस के इनकी बहाली को रद्द कर दिया गया और 124 सेंटर को बंद कर दिया गया.11 साल से लगातार अपनी नौकरी को वापस पाने केलिए लगभग 330 शिक्षक सेवक संघर्ष कर रहे हैं.सरकार से आग्रह है कि सभी को पुनः बहाल कर पसमांदा समाज को सम्मान देने का काम करें.
इस मौके पर भागलपुर नगर निगम के मेयर प्रत्याशी रफत बानो, बिहार शरीफ मेयर प्रत्याशी वसीम अंसारी, राम प्रवेश पासवान, सिवान के चेयरमैन प्रत्याशी शौकत अंसारी, आरा चेयरमैन प्रत्याशी जहांगीर अंसारी, फुलवरिशरीफ के चेयरमैन प्रत्याशी, हसनैन अंसारी, शमसुल हक़ अंसारी, शाकिर अंजुम, अब्दुल रकीब आलम अंसारी, अनवर बरकाती, रशीद अंसारी, मुज़फ्फर अंसारी, अफ़ज़ल इमाम अंसारी, ज़ाकिर इमाम अंसारी, शौकत अंसारी, अरशद अंसारी, कैसर अंसारी इत्यादि मौजूद थे.
