बेतिया सीओ के घर निगरानी का छापा; मिले 10.50 लाख नकद व एक किलो सोना

धनतेरस के दिन बेतिया के सीओ के लिए शुभ नहीं रहा.कारण कि उन्हें 2.50 लाख रुपए रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथ पकड़ा गया है.जिसके बाद उनपर जांच की तलवार लटक गई. सुबह-सवेरे उनके आवास पर विजिलेंस की टीम पहुंच गई.सदर अंचल में पदास्थापित सीओ श्यामा प्रसाद के घर पर विजिलेंस की टीम ने छापेमारी की है.

बेतिया सीओ के घर पर विजिलेंस की टीम की छापेमारी जारी है. अबतक की गई जांच में मालूम चला है कि श्यामा प्रसाद बड़े धनकुबेरों में एक अधिकारी हैं.विजिलेंस टीम ने उनके आवास से 1 किलो सोना बरामद किया है.हाल के सोने के भाव से यदि इसकी कीमत आंकी जाए तो यह लगभग 49,32,500 रुपए के आसपास होती है.इसके अलावा 10.50 लाख कैश भी टीम को मिले हैं.वहीं 13 जमीन से जुड़े कागजात विजिलेंस के हाथ लगे हैं,जिसपर विस्तृत रूप से छानबीन की जाएगी.वहीं इन सब के अलावा कई बैंक में उनके खाते हैं, जिससे जुड़े कागजात और पासबुक टीम के हाथ लगे हैं. फिलहाल कार्रवाई जारी है और कई बड़े खुलासे होने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है.

निगरानी की टीम

सूत्रों के अनुसार विनोद कुमार गुप्ता नाम के एक व्यक्ति ने 29 अक्टूबर को निगरानी में सीओ के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी.मामला यह है कि बिनोद कुमार गुप्ता ने 1987 में इस्मत अली से चार कट्ठा ढाई धुर जमीन खरीदा था और जमीन का दाखिल खारिज के साथ ही जमीन पर कब्जा भी बिनोद कुमार गुप्ता का ही है लेकिन 6 अगस्त 2020 को जमीन बेचने वाले इस्मत अली के भतीजे की विधवा पत्नी शकीला खातून ने सीओ को उस जमीन का दाखिल खारिज अपने नाम से करने का आवेदन दिया जिसके बाद से सीओ द्वारा बिनोद कुमार गुप्ता को पैसे के लिए प्रताड़ित किया जाने लगा.
