बिहार में पंचायत चुनाव का बिगुल बजने ही वाला है.चुनाव में भाग्य आज़माने वाले प्रत्याशियों ने सक्रीयता बढ़ा दी है.इसमें एक प्रमुख नाम एहतेशाम उर्फ गुड्डु का है.गुड्डु जिले के नरहट पंचायत से सबसे तगड़े मुखिया उम्मीदवार हैं.यह अकेला मुखिया प्रत्याशी हैं,जो आठ महीने से चुनावी अभियान में ज़ोरशोर से लगे हैं.आज नरहट में सबकी ज़ुबान पर गुड्डु का ही नाम है.चुनाव प्रसार-प्रचार में गुड्डु के सामने सभी फीका पड़ रहे हैं.
इनका स्लोगन ही लोगों को आकर्षित कर रहा है.जैसे मेरा बस एक ही सपना,विकसित नरहट हो अपना.यह बताता है कि गुड्डु नरहट के विकास का मॉडल ले कर चल रहे हैं.इसी तरह एक अन्य स्लोगन में वह जनप्रतिनिधियों की करतूत पर सवाल उठाते हैं-‘ना किसी का हक़ खाना है,ना किसी-किसी की पेंशन,मुझे है गांव के विकास का टेंशन’.आओ साथियों नरहट पंचायत के साथ चलें,हम सब मिल कर नरहट पंचायत के साथ चलें.आगे वह कहते हैं-‘विकास के रथ पे सवार,नरहट गांव परिवर्तन करेगा इस बार’.
गुड्डु कहते हैं कि यह सिर्फ नारा नहीं है,नरहट के विकास का रोड मैप है.हम सिर्फ बदलाव नहीं चाहते,तरक़्क़ी भी चाहते हैं.नरहट विकास करे यह मेरा ही ख़्वाब नहीं है,जनता भी चाहती है कि इस बार ऐसे उम्मीदवार को जिताया जाये,जो ज़मीन से जुड़ा हो,जो नरहट की मिट्टी से हो,जो सबको लेकर चले.नरहट में यह नारा भी गूंज रहा है-‘ग़रीबों की जो सुने पुकार,उसी को चुनो अबकी बार’.इस नारे में बरबस नज़र गुड्डु की तरफ मुड़ जाती है.चुनाव तो अपनी जगह गुड्डु गांव के विकास में पहले से जुड़े हैं.नीतीश सरकार के लघु सिंचाई, SC/ST कल्याण मंत्री संतोष कुमार सुमन से मुखिया प्रत्याशी एहतेशाम उर्फ गुड्डु नरहट पैन की सफाई को लेकर मिले और एक ज्ञापन भी सौंपा.मंत्री ने उन्हें आश्वासन दिया कि किसानों की समस्याओं का जल्द निर्वाहन होगा.
